Full-Time Employee Benefits

MPS Partners offers a competitive benefits package designed to support you, your family, and your life. Here's a brief overview of the benefits available to full-time, salaried employees in salaried positions. Full-time, hourly employees are also eligible for most of these benefits.


Health Care & Insurance Plans

Medical Insurance Plans - Our medical insurance plan options that help protect employees and their families against major medical expenses. All plans include preventive coverage, prescription drug, mental health and substance abuse and vision care programs.

Dental Insurance Plan - Our dental plan that is a non-network plan allows employees to select any dentist at the time of treatment. Plan includes 100% coverage for routine care as well as coverage for minor and major restorative care.

Life Insurance - We offer Group Life and AD&D insurance in the amount of two times base salary. We also offer employee-paid, supplemental life and ADD insurance for employee, spouse and children.
Disability Plans - Our disability plan helps protect employees' income while recovering from short-term illnesses or injuries. Employees may also elect an optional employee-paid, long-term disability plan for additional income protection.

Long-Term Care Insurance - We offer employees the option to purchase insurance to cover the costs of custodial care for themselves, eligible spouses and family members.


Financial Plans

Paid Overtime - We value the effot and time commitment of our consultants. For this reason, we pay overtime for billable engagements that require a consultant to spend more than 40 hours per week on an engagement.

Bonus Plan - We offer an incentive bonus plant that rewards our consultants for the overall success of the firm as well as their individual contribution to that success.

Retirement Plans - We offer a 401(k) savings plans to which salaried and most hourly employees can contribute up to 22% of pay on a pre-tax basis. MPS matches $.50 on the dollar up to the first 6% that you contribute, to a maximum of $2,000 per year. The plan offers a wide array of investment options and on-line tools for investment advice.

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Savings Account (FSA) - The Health and Dependent Care FSA's enable employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care expenses and dependent care expenses. Employees can contribute up to $5,000 a year. Reimbursements are tax-free.

Employee Assistance Program - This program is designed to provide confidential professional assistance to employees and their eligible dependents in dealing with personal issues.

Educational Assistance - Our educational assistance program is designed to assist you in completing educational courses and professional certifications to complement current skills and/or client requirements.

Employee Referral Program - Eligible employees may earn up to $500 for each candidate referral whom we hire.
