Advisory Services is a key deliverable to the MPS Partners solution model. MPS Partners provides customers with key tactical and strategic value through the implementation of solutions. In many instances, our clients require roadmaps and platform strategies prior to or independent of the solution being implemented.

The MPS Partners Advisory Services team has built a specific focused and targeted approach that allows us to consistently identify current state opportunities and future state requirements related to platforms being leveraged customers. Both the current and future state conditions provide input into the development of future strategies but unlike other strategy deliverables, the MPS Partners approach is focused on agile execution and implementation. It is not a three inch binder full of IT doctrine and governance, it is a focused deliverable that can be leveraged immediately to addresses problems facing your organization, today.

Adopting a new platform like SharePoint or BizTalk, establishing a SAP or Business Intelligence integration standard or embracing a new industry trend like mobile or cloud all have four things in common. You need to:
